Default $50NL: Flopped Straight - Losing on Turn?

I'm sure I should have bet more on the flop but wanted someone to perhaps raise to isolate, or I could have check raised but feel my hand would be face up.

On the Turn the re-raise looks like he's got there with 76.

Do you fold here? I time-banked then folded.

Anyone shipping here? I had 8 tables of $50NL with no PT running so no read.

Nah, without a read that he's uber-nitty I'm getting it in. Even then could be a set which was slowplaying raising now there's a lot of draws on board, could be a weirdo with an overpair, etc etc. Without a read it's generally not a good idea to fold the 2nd or 3rd nuts.

Like you say, bet more on flop or try a C/R. Either is better than a small bet. I think I'd get it in on the turn, what RA says.

Oh, and buy HEM preflop

Looking back it was a TERRIBLE fold!!!

The guy is still on my table and is up 7 buyins approx $350 and playing **** like Q8o or Q5o and getting there cracking AA/KK all night long.

Never seen anyone run so good.

He's so bad that I decided to go back (this was about 30mins ago), got a sick double up off him with the first hand on the BB. LOL

Damn... he just left.

He played the 6s badly in that hand.

Looking at the previous hand, there is no real way you could have been losing there after the turn, You'd have to re-raise the pot at least, or push.

I know that now, at the time when the whole table limps you got to give credit to 76 in someone's range.

If it happened again with the same guy I'd snap him so fast with a $200 stack.

I value shoved the river because I know he's calling me light, wasn't even surprised that he called me, just glad he didn't have a better 8. It was very unlikely that's why I shoved, thought he might have Qx or mid-pair.

A touch risky, maybe a $10 bet might have enough ?
